Across the road from the door of the apartment is the bus station and in front of this you have a taxi rank. So convenient to take the 161 bus from the airport to Playa Blanca.

About the area

The apartment is in the centre of 'Playa Blanca' 30 seconds from the bus station, 2 minutes' walk from the main shopping street where you can find a variety of supermarkets and shops. The promenade is a very short walk where upon arrival you will find a great selection of restaurants and bars and a pedestrian walkway which runs in both directions from Las Coloradas, north, to the lighthouse in the very south.

The nearest beach is the town beach also located 2 mins walk from the apartment. However, there is bigger beach ( Dorada Beach) which is a further 10 minutes' walk along the promenade walkway.

The best way to see the town is to walk everywhere. The marina is about 15 mins walk and has a market every Wednesday and Saturday mornings or costs about 5 euro in a tax. The main rank in the town is just off the roundabout in the the centre, about 2 minutes walk away.
